Absolutely.  The beauty of eserver is that you can switch back and forth from using or not using their service at any time and never lose any data.  You are simply backing up your data from AgentOffice and moving where it is being hosted.  That's what makes it superior to a web application where you would have to export your data and import it into another program.  At any time you can have Eserver host AgentOffice and at any time you can backup your data and restore on any one of your local computers.  You'll love it.
