Accusync is a way of using two (or more) computers separately (no network connection between them) to work in AgentOffice. The concept was originally devised before the widespread availability of high speed internet to allow an agent and an assistant to work on their computers in the office, but allow the agent to take their computer (laptop) on appointments with them so they would still have access to the AgentOffice data. If you and your wife share a work space (at home or at an office) you would be better off setting up a network between the two computers so you can both work at the same time on the same data. No sync is necessary unless you decide you want to take your computer with you (on an appointment) and think you will need to access AgentOffice while you are away.

Read the article and decide which option will work best for you. Here's a hint: try to avoid synchronization as much as possible. It is time consuming and fraught with technical issues!
